FAQ

What are the rules for the play space area?

• Socks must always be worn in order to enter the play area.

• We are a shoe-less facility for the health and safety of all guests.

• Please leave food and drinks outside of the play areas.

• Parents are required to supervise their children at all times. Never leave your child unattended.

• The baby and toddler area is designed and designated for children under three years of age.

• Have fun and play safe!

Is there an age limit for the play space area?

The space is designed for children ages 0 - 8 years old. For the safety of the little ones, we do not permit children older than 10 years old in the play area.

Do you charge for adults?

No, we do not charge admission for adults. Parents and caregivers are asked to please limit the number of adults in the play area to 1-2 per family to allow space for the children. 

Are there drinks and snacks?

Drinks and food are available for purchase. Visit our menu for more information.

Are outside food and beverages allowed?

Yes, we do allow outside food and beverages.

Are people allowed to leave and reenter during their day of play?

The daily play pass is per day with no time limits beyond our hours of operation unless otherwise noted for a special event. We know its stressful enough leaving the house with kids at any time.
