School and Corporate Events

You have private, secure access to our entire indoor facility during your party.

Our event space capacity is up to 15-20 children with 1 or 2 parents or adults per child. We can accommodate a grand total of up to 45 people (including little ones).

Typical birthday party event schedule:
0-15 minutes: Arrival + Check In
15-55 minutes: Open Play
55-75 minutes: Eat
75-90 minutes: Open Play, Entertainment, or Open Presents
90-165 minutes: Sing Happy Birthday + Cake
165-180 minutes: Say goodbyeNixi City's team will be present during the party to greet and check-in guests and to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the space. They will also set up the party tables with plates, napkins, and cutlery, and any purchased food or drink. They are not responsible for childcare, providing entertainment, or setting up outside food or drink unless agreed upon prior to your reservation.
Nixi City's team provides:
Setup in the eating area
Help with basic prep, setup and clean up, receive deliveries, keep your party timeline
Our full coffee and mocktail menu is available for purchase during the entire duration of your party.

Tableware (cups, plates, napkins).
